Conditions of use

This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions of use of the Webmural.co platform (the “Platform”), designed for web designers and clients to showcase their portfolios, attract clients, and increase professional visibility. By using the Platform, you confirm your agreement to all the provisions of this Agreement. In case of disagreement with any of the provisions of this Agreement, you are obliged to refrain from registering and using the Platform.

1. Subject of the Agreement

The platform provides users with tools for:

• Creating a portfolio (uploading projects, getting feedback);
• Finding customers through portfolio optimization;
• Save designs for inspiration or future use;
• Activity scores through a rating system.

The internal currency, coins, is used to make publications.

2. Registration and entry into force of the Agreement

The Agreement shall enter into force upon registration of the User on the Platform.
The User undertakes:

• provide accurate information during registration;
• ensure the confidentiality of their credentials.

By registering, you agree to the possible public use of your uploaded works through official Webmural.co accounts, including Pinterest, Instagram, and Telegram.

3. Terms of publication

• Uploaded works are checked for compliance with the Platform's policy within 48 hours.
• Publication is possible after using coins or activating available discount promo codes.
• Published works may be posted on the official pages of the Platform.

4. Access to user content and intellectual property

By posting the content, the User grants the Platform a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the content solely for marketing or demonstration purposes.

The Platform has the right to access the User's content only in such cases:

• to ensure functionality;
• checks for compliance with the Platform's policies;
• processing support requests.

5. Privacy, data processing and transfer

Webmural.co processes the following categories of data:

• personal data (name, contact information);
• portfolio content;
• payment information (via third-party payment services such as Stripe).

Data processing is carried out in accordance with the GDPR.

6. Acceptable use policy

Users are prohibited:

• add a website to your portfolio without having a copyright or permission from the copyright holder;
• use the Platform for illegal activities;
• create fake accounts or use automated tools (bots).

Violation of this policy may result in account blocking or content removal. In case of violations, Webmural.co reserves the right to apply additional sanctions.

7. Verification of authorship

To verify authorship, users can provide evidence such as work files (e.g., from Figma) or correspondence with the client. The data provided is used solely for verification purposes and is deleted after the verification is complete.

8. Limitation of liability

Webmural.co is not responsible for:

• The accuracy, quality, or legality of user content;
• Loss of data or revenue due to technical failures;
• Using the platform to post illegal or offensive content.

9. Changes to the Agreement

We may update this Agreement to comply with new technologies or legal requirements. All changes will become effective upon publication of the updated Agreement on our website.

10. Jurisdiction and dispute resolution

The Agreement is governed by the laws of Ukraine. All disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, with the possibility of mediation or arbitration.
